Surely you aren't nitpicking over someone scoring 73.

I only threw 4 passes in the second half... They just couldn't stop the run... I guess I could have taken a knee all 2nd half, but that's not very sim ;)

Must be my time of the month  Been in a crappy mood all morning. Just tired of seeing 70's put up when you can just run the ball up the gut and run out the clock. But that just my opinion.

Titus Cox puts ULL on his back as he runs for a career day

    ULL - 77
    MTSU - 10

Titus Cox set the NCAA single game rushing yards record running for 483 yards on 27 attempts for 8 TDs all of this occuring in the first half of play. Cox was given one play in the second half so that he could be taken off the field in front of all his fans and teammates shouting "HEISMAN! HEISMAN! HEISMAN!" The second string O ran the entire 2nd half with Freshman HB (former :4stars: ATH) rushing it 17 times for 104 yards and 2 TDs behind a weaker oline. Landrom had no chance to rebound throwing only 2 passes and completing them both.

It should be a rule that if you score 70 on snoopy, you have to try for 100

    Army Moves to 5-0

Army hosted Arky State and came out on top thanks to a big 2nd quarter. Two Army pick 6's really busted the game open and built a lead the Red Wolves would try to come back from but couldn't in the end. Army threw only 14 times on the day and was lead on offense by Juco RB Larry Clark who carried the ball 14/128/1. All American wideout Jason Merritt had a big game for Army too while reeling in 3 catches for 119yds and 2TD's. Arkansas State made a late run at it but just couldn't consistently keep rolling due to dropped passes and poorly thrown balls. Army hopes to be back in time this weekend to play bitter rival Navy in their week 6 showdown.
    **Edit** Added Highlights.
Juco HB Larry Clark's 1st quarter 85 yd TD run
Ridiculous 2nd quarter pick six by CB C. Gray

    #12 Western Michigan 49
    Eastern Michigan 3

The rivalry game returns to Kalamazoo after 3 straight battles in Ypsilanti. After two closer than expected games with Eastern Michigan the Broncos clearly just needed a change of venue to get them up for this one. I could pretty much copy and past the offense stats from last week but here they are anyways. Adrian Pollock went 13/16 for 331 yards and 4 scores. Adam Vaughn and Lucas Wilkerson each caught 3 balls for 111 yards but Vaughn found the end zone twice. Cory May snagged a 33 yard TD pass and TE Kyle Walton caught a 26 yard score. On the ground Cameron King ran 17 times for 73 yards and 2 TDs. WMU totaled 3 interceptions for the 2nd week in a row as Walter Battle had 1 plus a FF, MLB Terrance Johnson snagged one and 4th string CB Tyrell Slaughter had a 80 yard pick six with :30 to play.

Yea I know. That nig is damn near 40. He's had two season ending injury's but is back to full strength this season and has posted 20 tackles 2 picks and 1 FF through 5 games. He's the 2nd best FS in the conference.
