Week 5: Chiefs 48, Colts 21 Indianapolis, IN - No one expected this. Not even the Chiefs themselves. Kansas City rolled up 342 yards on the ground and forced 7 Colts turnovers on its way to a 48-14 victory on the road against the defending AFC Champions. It was hard to pick a star in this game, but one could easily narrow it down to one of two choices. Jamaal Charles racked up 244 yards on the ground and 29 yards receiving while finding the endzone 3 times. Rookie safety Eric Berry brought a smile to every Kansas City Chief fan when he found the endzone after his 2nd of an amazing 3 interceptions. He also brought down the ball carrier 6 times. It'd be blind to overlook the offensive lines who opened up holes not only for Charles, but also for Thomas Jones and his 36 yards, and little used preseason-hero Jackie Battle for 62 yards. It appears that the Chiefs have found a stride and are a team to be taken seriously. Finally.
