    Week 5 Niners 38 Eagles 26

    Eagles started off with the ball and promptly marched down the field on a tough Niners D, putting it in the endzone with a TD reception by WR Cholston. On the ensuing kick off, WR Ginn Jr took it 101yds to the house to notch the score at 7. Near the end of the 1st, K Akers was able to boot one in from 50yds out. On SF's next posession, RB Gore was able to bust one for 57ds. After another FG by Akers, SF put together a long, meticulous drive which came down to a 3rd and short from about 15yds out. Knowing a heavy blitz was coming, QB Smith hit TE Davis on a quick pass, resulting in 6. First half score 21-13

    The 3rd quarter saw a few punts, with the only scoring being a FG by K Nedney, and a 1yd TD run by FB Weaver on 4th down. Score was 24-20 going into the 4th, but the Niners were able were able to put together two fantastic drives, ending in multiple TD's by Gore. Final score Niners 38 Eagles 26. GG vi
