    Sometimes four quarters isn't enough - and when that's the case the teams involved need their big players to make big plays. That's what happened when Cal HB Covaughn D Johnson took this handoff 23 yards untouched into the endzone to seal a 23-20 win for the Bears. From this angle, it's hard to tell whether or not he would have made the endzone without the dive, but regardless the big play is what Cal needed to open conference play.
