I would do a wonderful game summary, but I can sum it up in a few words: They would rush for -4 yards, no huddle, pass for -1, no huddle, gain 15 yards. Luckily I was able to stop them in a couple 3rd and shorts. Game got annoying to play, was up 17-6 in the 3rd with 5 something left, super simmed, they got back into the game as it was 24-16, failed a 4th down attempt that got me the ball back. Went back into the game to try and run the clock out as there were less than 2 minutes to play. They had all 3 TO. I ran for 11 they called a TO. Next play Silas Redd takes it for 62 yards. Game would end 34-16. I don't love this game that much to play with all these no huddles. Will probably be super simming from now on D if they keep pulling this crap, lose 4 yards and still no huddle? Pretty soon they will be throwing incomplete passes and going no huddle.

Also Max Browne was terrible, started 0-9.

In the rain the ducks could not swim with the bears

CAL bounces back ... from a disappointing loss to OSU at home 2 weeks ago then the bears had a bye week to " get things right " said tony franklin Cal's OC .... zack kline was turnover free and the game results show it
a big win on the road in hostile auzten stadium in eugene or

    Cal 31 Ore 21

it was over when the ducks tried a fake punt in the 2nd Qtr ... CAL dominated the TOP 21:24 to 6:36
coach sonny dykes said the plan was to keep the ball away from DAT and the rest of the playmakers that ducks have and we did that to some point .. there were 3 big plays by the ducks but the CAL running game controlled the clock and thus the game with 40 att for 149 yrds and 2 tds

andy buh cal's DC was thrilled with the effort we kept the ducks to 14 points ( 3 rd td was on defense knowing it was game over ducks down 21) they got free on a few plays we will get better but to hold the ducks to 257 total yds gained is good in my book

next week the bear raid vs air raid

The Rebels Make it Interesting in Tuscaloosa
The final score in Tuscaloosa was 20-14 with The Tide coming out on top in a second half thriller. The game started out bleak for Ole Miss when the first half ended with a 17-0 score. The Rebels came back and scored 2 TDs in the second half and holding the Tide to a single FG to make it a scary win for Alabama. Brian Vogler came away with Offensive Player of the Game with 6 catches, 114 yards, and 1 TD. Others with receptions were Kenny Bell with 1 for 14 yards, and Christian Jones with a single catch for 21 yards. AJ McCarron went 8/12 with 149 yards, 1 TD, and 2 INTs. He also had 4 rushes for 11 yards and a TD that he punched in on the goal line. TJ Yeldon had a good day carrying the ball with 35 rushes and 125 yards. Cade Foster added 8 points to the board with two FGs for a long of 33, and two PATs. Defensively CJ Mosley recieved Player of the Game awards with 5 tackles.

The game started of with only 3 first quarter points of the foot of Cade Foster from 32 yards away with just over 3 minutes left in the quarter. The Tide then pulled away from the Rebels with 2 TDs in the second quarter. The first coming through the air to Vogler from 9 yards out after a well executed drive. The second and last touchdown for the Tide came off the legs of AJ McCarron as he punched it in from 2 yards out with 2 minutes left in the half. The Tide was unable to score in the third quarter but the Rebels put themselves back in the game with a touchdown just 2 minutes into the half. The fourth quarter was the most exciting as Cade Foster tacked on 3 points with just under 2 minutes left in the game from 33 yards out to make the score 20-7. The Rebels answered right back with a TD with just 39 seconds left with a pass to Laquon Treadwell for 24 yards. The Rebels attempted an onsides kick that bounced around freely on the turf for several seconds and out of bounds. An illegal touching penalty was called on the Rebels and the ball was handed to the Tide who ran the clock out to end the thriller. A collective feeling of relief was felt throughout Bryant-Denny Stadium as the clock hit zero. The head coach of the Tide after the game said that he would take the win but that his team had executed poorly and had lots to work on.
