    Blaine Gabbert looks unstoppable

The Tigers came out real strong, holding The Jayhawks to a quick 3 and out but after fumbling on their first possession Mizzou gave the ball right back. Kansas drove down the field to Missouris 25 when they were left with a 4th and 1 situation. Jeff Silva got into the backfield in a hurry and shut down the Kansas run turning the ball over.

It turns out that would be the Jawhawks most successful drive of the game as Missouri held them to only 110 total yards of offence. FR MLB Phil Bostic lead the team with 10 tackles, 3 TFL and 2 sacks, Lombardi runner up Aldon Smith contributed with a sack of his own and his 2nd INT of the season on a poor screen pass.

Blaine Gabbert once again proved he is a threat to any opponent, he racked up 418 yards completing 31 of 41 passes and throwing 5 TD passes as well as throwing to 9 different recievers. The Tigers shut out The Jawhawks scoring big again with a final score of 58-0. Missouri coach Wellar is extremely happy of his teams performance and looks forward to their tough game against Nebraska next week.

    Key Stats:

    QB B. Gabbert - 31/41, 418 Yards, 5 TD, 0 INT
    WR R. Woodland - 8 REC, 110 Yards
    WR W. Kemp - 6 REC, 111 Yards, 1 TD
    TE A. Jones - 6 REC, 80 Yards, 2 TD
    MLB P. Bostic - 10 TACK, 3 TFL, 2 Sack, 1 FF

    Box Score

    MIZ 10 24 17 7 58

Duke can't keep up with the Seminoles!

After being tied up at half time, 10-10, the Seminoles were able to pull away from Duke thanks to two Bert Reed TD receptions in the first 3 minutes of the half. The Seminoles put together a 31 point 3rd quarter, and would ultimately defeat the Blue Devils 48-16.

EJ Manuel passed for 264 yards, giving him 1000+ on the season.

Pretty sure I'm gonna show a restart. I finished my game with ISU, I won 41-3...threw 2td's, 300 yards, 2 picks etc...no big deal. Lost my internet connection while attempting to upload the result. I know if you just wait it out, you should still be able to save it, but in the process of resigning into Xbox live, it spat me out to the main NCAA menu and I lost the game. I will replay it this afternoon, if anyone objects Jman, just throw it out.

Ah, to be a college student again...

Shmeezil and I are going to try to play tonight, work comes first and sleep comes second so I can get up and do more work the next day. As far as work goes, it has required me to be getting home around 10:30 every night so that means no touching the xbox.

We're goiing to try and knock it out tonight and Cole and Dru are going to try as well.

    Sheesh.

Dru and Cole are done. Waiting on myself and Shmeezil now. I'm going to stay up as late as I can manage to try and knock it out tonight and advance this thing.

Virginia Tech wins a tight one vs #13 North Carolina in Coach Dru's triumphant return to Victory Road, 27-21.

This was a game of two teams who couldn't stop each other and the game had several long sustained drives. The difference in the game was Va Techs ability to run the ball a little in the 4th and 3 interceptions by the UNC QB.

Player of the Game - R. Williams, 19 carries and 75 hard earned yards with 2 TD.

GG. I was finally able to get Paulus under control as he went 25 of 30, unfortunately 3 of those incompletions were interceptions. I started a new #2 corner in this game and he faired well, he may end up at the #1 spot by the end of the year.

After being down 0-14, Oklahoma's athleticism showed through as we pulled out the win 24-14. Was a good game, I think he though he had me and I thought he had me when he went up 14. Managed to score a FG and a TD and break it open with a BLAST on his returner (I finially got a manual hit stick fumble!) and scoop and score. Follow that by me not turning over the ball but forcing 3 picks...we get the hell out of Boulder with a W.

A good game indeed. I think the football gods felt bad after that ridiculous touchdown catch off of the batted ball that put me up 14. It was all downhill from there. Nasty defense, maybe the best I've seen. Forced turnovers on 4 straight possessions. Must be nice havin' 95+ all over the field. However, if my boner of a QB would slide instead of diving for extra yardage I might have grabbed that momentum back. Oh well, nothing like 0-4 Baylor to get our confidence back up before Mizzou and Nebraska.
