Utah State (1-3) hosted the Idaho Vandals (4-1)

    1st Qtr
The opposing team HB's show off their skills. Sr Vandal star HB Deonte Jackson cuts loose for TD runs of 65 yds and 41 yds. Not to be outdone, Utah State HB, Derrvin Speight also has two TD's, scoring from 6 yds out and also 5 yds out
End of 1st qtr score : Idaho 14 Utah State 12

    2nd Qtr
Deonte Jackson shows off his versatility returning a missed FG 107 yds for a TD and a new Idaho record. Utah State's Speight scores again, this time from 48yds out after the Vandals miss some tackles in the secondary. The Vandals wind down the scoring in the half with a beautiful pump fake long pass from QB Nathan Enderle to WR Paul Davis. End of 2nd qtr score : Idaho 27 Utah State 19

    3rd Qtr
Deonte Jackson breaks loose for another long run, this time a 42 yd TD scamper. The Aggies manage a FG

    Buffalo 10 WMU 7

New coach Buffbullfan brought in a gameplan that shows he means business in returning home to Buffalo. First thing he did was reorganize the depth Chart. Second thing he did was check on the injured players.

    He noticed on offense:

Starting RB is a power back, backup RB is a speed back.

    He noticed on defense:

    Too much youth.

The gameplan for WMU was to use the RBs talents to keep WMU off of the field. In the first quarter the power back was injured and missed the rest of the game. The speed back Gill came in and played well. Scoring the Buffalo TD and he also rushed for over 100 yards. This gameplan worked so well that it kept WMU off of the field most of the game.

    Key stats
Gill 155 yards rushing 1 TD
Thermilius 36 yards rushing, injured first drive
Defense 164 yds allowed, 3 sacks
Time of Poss Buffalo 17:52 WMU 7:08
