    #2 Yale-33
    GTown-24

I came out and threw a pick 6 on the first play of the game. I then drove down to the 1 yard line and Randall Capps fumbled as he was scrambling up the middle. I had to fight for this victory, but we pulled it out in the end (partially thanks to Qwon opting to kick a FG down by 12 with 4 minutes left in the game, good one Qwon).

Yale improves to 5-0, but coach DCD has been visibly distracted this season. We'll have to hit the meeting rooms and figure out what we're doing on offense this year.

    Cornell 24- Delaware 21(OT)

Needless to say this was a strange contest from start to finish. Delaware came out on fire in the first quarter scoring 14 points off of two Cornell interceptions. Cornell would rally to make it 14-7 at halftime. In the third quarter Delaware would score to make it 21-7 and would stop a Cornell touchdown drive late in the third quarter. Cornell's defense then would proceed to figure out Delaware's short passing attack and would get three interceptions to aid in a 21-21 rally. Cornell would have a chance to win the game at the end of regulation on a 47 yard fg that came up way short that would send Cornell to their third OT game of the season.

In the overtime session, Delaware was stopped on three plays and the Delaware kicker would end up hooking the ball right. Cornell would then proceed to kick a 27 yard FG to win the game and send Cornell to 3-0 in OT this season.

7 turnovers total in a sloppy game in the rain at Cornell. Sounds about right for a game my team would find a way to win..

#22 Bucknell edged Princeton in a cross-division affair.

The Bison would squander two inside-the-5 possessions because I threw horrible picks, but the defense played strong enough to hold of the Tiger offense, winning 33-21.

Ben Brown went 20/27 for 313 yards and 3 touchdowns, he added 43 on the ground.

2 of the Bison playmakers were hurt for the game in flanker Bryan Johnson and HB Peter Setzer. Chris Jennings would respond with 48 yards on the ground, and Steven Harvey doubled up his average for 9 catches, 132 yards, and a touchdown.

The Bison head to #2 ranked Yale next weekend in what might be the game that decides the Scholars Division.

    GG Irishbearcat!

Despite team ratings going up, Howard still can't do much of anything...user games really bring out the inept, clueless play for the entire team.

Meh it was a great defensive game. You were up 7-3 at half and it was a 7-13 game my advantage until under a minute left in the game.

Great game, hopefully there's a little more offense next year from both sides (well, minus yours). (y)

Dunno, it was a game where I felt no rythm at all on either side of the ball. Defensively, the first guy couldnt tackle at all, I just had to hope he would hold on/slow your back down long enough for help to get there...WITH conservative tackle and strip settings /sigh

Offensively, I couldnt run even when you had 5 or less in the box and my passing game would click then OLine would fail, wr would fail, or qb would fail and kill the drive.

The red zone pick really hurt, I chalk it up to EA shenanigans with an assist from my qbs 80 throw power allowing your db or lb to manage to undercut and intercept that pass. 3 or 7 points would have been very helpful there.

Pure and simple, my guys need to make plays and way more often than not they dont, even when they are in position to do so...gets very frustrating

Not sure I'd agree with the TO being "EA's fault" as you threw late across your body with my safety between your WR and the QB. I got pressure and forced a bad throw which was key to the turnover. Without pressure I think you would have had an easy TD.

I think without the turnover, if you go up 14-3 that may have been game over. Took me almost the entire 4 quarters to amass 16 points.

Hey, you let Qwigly blame it on EA if he wants. My 6 INTs against you two seasons ago were all EA's fault. I am perfect!

Well, I need my eyes checked cause it looked to me like the defender was behind and deeper than the out route I threw to. It hurt no matter what.

I was really shocked to hold you to the field goals, defense suddenly played when you got into the red zone, think thonly TD you scored was a pass from outside the 20...true "bend but don't break defense" LOL.
