Dolphins D steps up to continue Miami's hot streak

Great game to Juan, he played well and will be a good owner for this league.

The game started off slow as the only points of the first quarter were on a Dan Carpenter 34 yard FG.

The things started to pick up as Cameron Wake would pick off his first pass of the season and take it 24 yards to the house. 10-0 Phins.

Colts responded with a FG of their own and an extremely late TD run by the FB Coker with 1 second remaining before half. This is where the game turned in favor of Miami. WR Brandon James who has made a reputation of returning kick offs for TDs in his short time in the OMFL, took one to the house with only 1 second on the clock. 17-10 Phins at half.

The third quarter and the rest of the game was all Phins. The Dolphin D would intercept Manning six times on the day and would return 2 for TDs. Also the Dolphin's passing game would make its mark on the game and hit Celek for a TD later in the game. Carpenter would atop the league in kicking points as the game was over. Henne has another weak game only going 9/18 and 167 yards but it was enough yet again. The Dolphin defense ranks #4 in the league with 286 ypg but needs to do better in the scoring category as it has allowed nearly 25 PPG. Though the defense has picked off 22 passes, ranking it #1 in the OMFL by far.

Dolphins will host the Raiders next week and will try to catch the Patriots as they continue to win. The Raiders dismantled the Dolphins last season and have already beaten the beastly Jets for their only loss of the season.
