    Week 6 Red River shootout

    # 11 Oklahoma at # 7 Texas

OU leads in all key stat categories except total D where Texas has a lead and ranks # 28 overall in the country.

OU has the #1 rush O # 3 overall offense and the # 6 scoring O in the country.

We thought we had a nice rushing team but OU leads us 1216 yds to 696.

    OU A- overall
    UT A overall

This is a huge week for recruiting at the two teams are fighting over some of the same players.

This Week UT has the following prospects in for a visit:

#1 CB Chad Fagan: who is a soft commit to Ohio State but this visit if we can win should be huge in his final decision.

#1 C Frank Davis: OU is second on his list but he has soft verbal with Texas already.

#2 CB Derek Tucker: Tucker is a stud and has a soft commit to UT right now a win this week and he should lock in at Texas for his career.

#1 FS Eric Hinds: Ohio State tried to steal Eric last week but his visit barely moved him ahead of Texas. This being a huge rivalry game this week could weigh heavily on this young mans decision.

#2 FS Calvin Arrington: Lavar's younger brother is a stud FS who is also a soft commit to OSU after last weeks visit. UT is only 80 points behind and will look to steal this recruit with sick physical talent this week at the Red River shootout.

#2 MLB Martin Moss: Our last ditch effort to get Mr. Moss interested in attending school in Austin.

#1 SS Pat Kilpatrick: We will try to widen our lead out with this impressive young SS.

#1 TE Maurice King: This 6'8 beast has a verbal to USC, we will try to change his mind this week and are running a close second.

There are some other players that we may invite to this game as well. As you can see future seasons at UT hinge on this huge rivalry game.

The rest of SH will be watching and hoping OU pulls off the win.
