Chicago, Ill -- The Chicago Bears took advantage of the home field and brought the city of Chicago its 2nd win of the season vs an always tuff division opponent the Lions.

The Bears seemed to be on cruise control from the start vs the Lions, knowing their strengths very well their focus was to stop the Madden Cover athlete C.J. And that they did, only allowing him to make a few catches and one were he used his big body frame and jumping ability to out jump double coverage and come up with the catch. Other than that it was his only highlite of the day as Shutdown Corner Tillman had him on lock down all game with the help of Safety's of course because there is no way one CB can stop Megatron... After the Bears took care of C.J they decided to torment QB Stafford by sacking him 5 times and hurting him once, the bears line and lb's took care of the pass rush and the Lions running game pretty well.

On offense, the Bears kept the Lions guessing by mixing run plays and pass. And continuing the momentum of the defense. Cutler almost came out with no INT's for the first time this season but on a bad read by him, he threw for a pick 6 that almost took the momentum out of the team. But the outstanding defense made up for it and didnt allow for a comeback.

The Bears season is not over yet gentleman, maybe this win can carry over and take the very hurtful division sim loss vs the leading Pack.

Great game Tay, always a pleasure. Good luck the rest of the way. Cya in Detroit...
