    To get you revved up....

Week 7 in the TMFL and as the playoff picture continues to become clearer, more and more teams face injury issues and are just now hitting their stride as we delve into the meat of the season. The biggest injury news comes from Atlanta, where Superstar wideout Roddy White is out and the Falcons are really struggling without him. Can they rebound?

    On to SWAMI SEZ

The NFC West is turning out to be the best division in football, with 3 teams clustered at the top jockeying for the division lead. The surprise Seahawks sit at 5-2, very much in the race, whilst these two battle out this week for division supremacy. The 49ers balanced offense and 6th ranked defense must slow down 3rd year QB Jamarcus Austin and the 8th ranked scoring offense. If the Cardinals can stop shooting themselves in the foot with turnovers, they can win this game but the 49ers have traditionally won these games and SWAMI SEZ go with the opportunistic 9ers.

The Chiefs started 0-3 and must dig themselves out of a big hole in the very tough AFC West. The blockbuster trade for Aaron Rodgers has not worked out thus far as the turnover prone Chiefs have had a tumultuous first 5 games. The defending NFC Champion NY Giants have the 3rd ranked offense and 7th ranked scoring defense so you have to like them going into this game against the up and down Chiefs. The SWAM is predicting a big day for Brandon Jacobs and a big win for Big Blue.

We save the best for last again as this heated rivalry will rear its ugly head again. The high power Raiders, coming off a 21-14 loss last week against the hated Cowboys, will look for some redemption to right the ship. The AFC West will likely come down to the wire again so the importance of this game cannot be overlooked, despite the Chiefs already having 3 losses. The Broncos will take the number 1 passing offense and Munchie Cosh to the Raiders secondary, but can they outscore the number 1 scoring offense? Thats why they play the game folks! SWAMI SEZ THE RAIIIIDDDAAAHHHS.
