CJ seems to be making up for lost time after a below average season last year posting 170 yards rushing and 2TDs vs the Houston Texans.
Nashville, TN - Week 7 opened in the OMFL with a division rivalry when the Houston Texans visited Nashville and the Tennessee Titans. Coach Ox and the Titans were coming off a bye week and looked to keep a 4-1 records rolling in the right direction. Duval and the texans entered the game rushed due to holiday traffic and desperately needed a second win of the season to get the momentum going in the right direction.

The game opened with the titans getting the ball. The Titans didnt take long and after a 10 play drive, CJ broke lose on the outside and ran 35 yards for the score to open the game up 7-0. The Texans tried to get things going but after three and outs and a couple turnovers, they found themselves scoreless in the quarter. The titans added two FGs to bring the score at the end of the first quarter, 13-0 Titans.

More stingy defense by the titans had matt schaub and the texans offense looking for answers. After Duval pressed for a first down midway through the second quarter, star FA addition D. Ware stepped in front of a Schaub pass and took it back for the pick 6 to take the lead to 20. Finally the texans would look like a football team as they drove down the field and finally caught coach ox in a bad defensive play. Holiday got matched up on a much slower safety and caught the beautiful pass from schaub to finally get the texans on the board with a score of 20-7. CJ would add another long TD run from 45 yards out to end the half with a score of 27-7 Titans.

The Texans couldnt get any mojo going in the third quarter and continued to tread sand deep into the second half. The Texans would look good on another long TD reception with WR jones reeling in a deep 36 yarder but it wouldnt be enough. VY and the titans would keep rolling in the third, adding two passing TDs in the quarter. Score at the end of the third, 41-14 Titans.

The Titans would go purely to a run the clock mentality in the fourth and it would result in the Titans not getting on the board in the 4th. The texans unfortunately could only add 10 points to the board and it wasnt enough as the titans and VY went to victory formation on the texans 1 yard line to end the game 41-24.
