ST. LOUIS RAMS VS NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS
We are in for a treat when the St. Louis Rams and the New England Patriots square off this weekend. Both teams have potent offenses and less than spectacular defenses, so look for this to be a high scoring affair. The Patriots are nothing new when it comes to winning, but the Rams are a huge suprise this year being lead by a rookie coach and a young Sam Bradford. The Rams made a suprising trade this year aquiring Demarco Murray (LEADS NFL IN RUSHING) from the Dallas Cowboys which gave them the best backfield in the league with Steven Jackson sharing carries. Look for the Rams to run hard and often!!!!
The Patriots rely more on the passing game and Tom Brady, which has been the blueprint of the offense for years. The Patriots have one of the most weapon loaded offenses in the league with playmakers at EVERY position and can score often and fast. Look for Brady to spread the ball around and air it out against this Rams defense!!!

Vick and Ryan will square off this Sunday in the "battle of the birds". Vick is coming in leading the NFL with 2134 passing yards, but Ryan has more passing touchdowns. The "suprise" of the year is the lack of running game in Philadelphia with the talented McCoy lining up behind a line who has only allowed 3 sacks all season.
The Falcons are coming in having a good mixture of play calling when the Eagles clearly favor the passing game. This is going to be a game where the Falcons look to capitalize on the Eagles mistakes on both sides of the ball. The Falcons boast a +12 in turnover differential while the Eagles have a -1. Look for the Falcons to control the clock and pace of the game and to prevent the big play.
The Eagles might have to rethink the strategy of passing so often against this stout Falcons defense who is full of "ballhawks"...no pun intented. If they are to win this game they must limit mistakes and spread the ball around and be unpredictable.
