Pitt Picks Up the 2nd Win of the Season! This win was big for the Panthers to end their two game losing steak and keep their bowl hopes alive for this season. The game was tied at halftime 21-21. When the second half started is when Pitt took over. They started the half with a 10+ play drive capped off with a 5 yard run by Graham to put Pitt up 28-21. The Panthers D would step up big causing a 3 and out on Wake Forest next drive. This would set up a short field which Pitt would take advantage of with another Ray Graham TD run his second of three in this game. Wake Forest would pick up a FG but they would not do enough to get back in the game as they would drop a ton of balls in the second half. Final Score:Pitt 42Wake Forest 24Play of the Game
TJ Clemmings INT for TD. This would tie the game at 14 and it was a turning point in this game.
I wish my lineman could catch like that.
nothing to say, got beat by a better team.
THIS ISN'T SPARTA!!!!!Michigan whips in-state little brother MSU, 30-10. In a make or break game, Michigan shines by defeating Michigan State soundly, 30-10. Michigan flat out beat the Spartans in every aspect of this game. 20 first downs for the Wolverines and only 7 for their counterpart. Michigan's defense held the Spartan offense to just 205 yards total. While the Wolverines' offense clicked on all cylinders gaining 425 yards. Another key stat was 3rd down conversions. Michigan was 7-10 while MSU was 1-7. Denard Robinson is that deal. Going 13-23 for 157 with 2 touchdown passes to Jeremy Gallon that broke the game open after throwing a bad pass that led to an interception. D-Rob did the Spartans dirty on the ground though, rushing for 110 yards on 9 attempts and scored 1 TD. Fitzgerald Toussaint put in work finally gaining 60 yards on 15 attempts while the big story of the day, Thomas Rawls carrying just 11 times for 91 yards. He could have scored but the game was well in hand and we didn't feel like rubbing it in. Jeremy Gallon got it going with 3 catches for 55 yards and 2 TD.
OSU DEFENSE DOMINATES PURDUE, BUCKS WIN 27-3

Gators overcome early 10-0 deficit to win 28-20 Jacoby Brissett threw three more TD's to lead the Gators to victory in this one. While Latroy Pittman has not put up big numbers of late he continues to catch TD passes a la Chris Carter style. Gators are 6-2, bowl eligible, and control their own destiny on the way to Hotlanta.
The 42-35 loss at the hands of the Duke Blue Devils has the UNC coaching looking for answers. After the game, Coach Reb stated, "It's almost like some omnipotent figure has arbitrarily decided the outcome of the plays before the ball is snapped." There were some very strange stats in teh game for certain. Coming into the game, Duke had sacked the QB 12 times. Following the game, they had 20 sacks as one player for Duke set an NCAA record with 8 sacks. Duke entered the game with 8 Interceptions and picked off 7 passes.
UNC WRs dropped a total of 8 passes (3 of which were 20+ yards down the field by wide open WRs).
