"Guess I won't be signing any CB's this year."

says the guys going after a 3 and 4 star CBs. I have just 1 CB left on my board and he is a 1 star.
I do still have 8 three star players on my board and 5 of them are #1 so Im liking my class for my situation. JUCO athlete Corey Sherman is going to be a star on this defense next year if I can seal his commitment

but now... Im going to play texas. No big deal, just 0-7 New Mexico traveling to Texas

    UPDATE!
its halftime now... down 44-7 and I honestly think im playing the best football of my season in this game. Texas has gotten 2 extremely short fields, i failed on 2 4th and shorts from borderline scoring range and missed a FG. i just cant keep up with their WR speed

Just beat Galt in a crazy fucking game. 46-45 in OT. Don't think I've ever been into a game and wanted the win as bad as I did today and Galt did everything he could to prevent it. WOW I'm still recovering, I'll do a summary once I calm down lol.

2 Point Conversion in OT Lifts MTSU to a Thrilling Win Over FAU

Coming off back-to-back losses, MTSU faced a critical game vs FAU who was coming off an ugly loss. It looked promising early for the Blue Raiders, when CB Sharpe picked off a pass and took it 58 yards on the opening possession to get an early 7-0 lead. FAU moved the ball down field again though, and this time cut the lead to 7-3. Then came the fireworks. FAU regained possession on a defensive stop and scored on an 86 yard screen pass for a TD thanks to some blocks down field. MTSU had though they had gotten the equalizer on the next play from scrimmage, when Kilgore hit Collis on a 77 yard TD pass to take a 14-10 lead as the first quarter expired. But FAU answered right back, returning the ensuing kickoff to retake the lead. MTSU controlled most of the 2nd quarter, and looked as if they might pull away after scoring 14 unanswered points to go up 28-17 with 1:30 to go and getting the ball back to open the 2nd half, but a good kick return landed FAU with good field position and they converted for a TD to cut it to 28-24 at half. Each team suffered a

The Blue Raiders looked to regain momentum starting with the ball to open the 3rd, but a 3rd down sack resulted in a fumble, which FAU took 34 yards back to the house to take a 31-28 lead. MTSU answered with a field goal to tie but FAU drove down field to take a 38-31 lead into the 4th. Each team suffered a crucial injury; MTSU losing RB Ben Cunningham, and FAU losing starting QB Kooi. MTSU got the ball back with 7 minutes remaining at the 45 following a punt, and on the next play, Kilgore connected to Williams for a 45 yard TD to tie it 38-38. Both teams traded possessions and FAU took controll with 4 minutes to go. After a big 3rd down conversion to put the Owls near midfield, FAU grinded their way into field goal range and brought the clock down to under 1:30. But a crucial error occurred on a holding penalty, which kicked the Owls back to the 38 yard line out of field goal range. On the following play it looked as if the Owls had put the game away on a deep pass to the TE, but he dropped it at the last second. On 3rd down the Owls took a shot at the end zone which fell incomplete. MTSU regained possession but took just 3 snaps and a punt sent the game into overtime.

Both teams relied on the ground game in OT. FAU got the ball first and took just two plays to score on a 20 yard run by Cartwright. MTSU responded with three straight runs, barely converting for a first down. The following play went for a 14 yard TD run by Kevin Byard to cut the game to 1 point. Coach Steamer made the call to go for the win. MTSU used a play action and Kilgore rolled out to the right where he found two tight ends in the back of the end zone, slipping it past a linebacker to true freshman Mike Thomas who made the catch to win the game; 46-45.

The win puts MTSU at 6-2 making them bowl eligible. The Blue Raiders finish the season on a 4 game stretch featuring 4 of the top 5 teams in the conference according to record.

How to play defense in NCAA 12 post patch #2...blitz your balls off and pray. They better patch this shit soon.

GG Crumb. I took what you gave me for the most part and your 3-4 gave me the deep passing game (POTG: Spencer Keith 22-34 460 yds 4 TDs 1 INT). I would've loved to run it more but it just wasn't happening. That slot receiver of yours is nice. He had a rushing TD on a Jet Sweep and a receiving TD as well iirc.

7-1 baby. Hopefully Mr. Castillo came away impressed.

Hammer will get the visit in week 10. Remember, 5*s take longer to sign and I can only do so much with 200 point calls, and I didn't exactly blow Crumb out (no homo). In fact, I'm only at 67% on him. HH has a seemingly insurmountable lead right now so I see maybe jumping ahead for all of a week or two, but this recruitment will last the season barring an insta-commit (please Jebus!).
