That should work out great. I don't have to teach tomorrow so I can be up a bit later. 8:00 PM EST would work perfect though!

Crumb just pulled the upset in what was probably the funnest game of NCAA I've played this release.

Cornell's Defense Comes Up BIG in 41-35 Thriller over Brown

Ithaca, NY - It was due to happen eventually. However, most figured it probably would happen in NCAA 2032. The Cornell Big Red defeated the Brown Bears here in Ithaca, NY by the score of 41-35 giving Coach Crumb his first victory over Nikpin. This came despite the fact that Nikpin threw the ball 56 times, 34 completions for an incredible 525 yards passing. Three interceptions though helped the Big Red throughout the contest maintain their lead.

Ultimately this contest was a game of big plays from Cornell, coupled by the fact that Cornell's Option Attack actually appeared to .... work? The key though was the performance of freshman Will Rogers who played his heart heart out, running the ball 20 times for 140 yards and a pair of TD's. However, when Brown started to come forward, he also was able to complete 4 passes over the heads of the defense for 3 Touchdowns and 254 yards passing. So Rogers overall, 394 yards and 5 Touchdowns in the contest. FB Tye Harris added 57 yards rushing.

Cornell jumped out in the contest in the first quarter with two touchdowns, paced entirely by the option running attack. Will Rogers did a great job holding onto the ball and outrunning the Brown defense gashing them for a few key runs. Brown though would come back throughout the contest with his highly efficient passing attack. The Cornell defense would come up with a couple of interceptions in the first half which would let Cornell establish a 27-14 lead at half.

"Honestly, probably the best half of football I've since a team of mine play." said Coach Crumb. "In the first half, for the first time ever it seemed like what I was calling was consistently working and that our offense was actually confusing one of the toughest defensive players I've had to deal with."

Brown would continue to fight throughout the second half, but it seemed that whenever Cornell would need a big play they'd get one in the passing game. Coming out with the ball in the third quarter, Cornell would get stuffed on two runs but Rogers would complete a 79 yard TD pass to push the lead up to 34-14. Brown would continue to score and score and keep the game in reach.

The game ultimately ended in the hands of the Brown offense. Brown drove the ball to the 7 yard line, but the Cornell defense stiffened and after three incomplete passes it came down to a fourth and goal play with 5 seconds left. Brown's pass was complete, but just barely out of bounds in the back of the end zone to clinch the monumental victory for Cornell.

"It's about damn time that I had a break at the end of a game." said Coach Crumb. "I honestly felt that Nik was going to find a way to make those plays at the end and we'd get screwed out of another game that we played hard in. However, this time it was meant to be. It is ironic that it happened on my sister's birthday as well, so perhaps she helped out back in Michigan."

Cornell will hope to build on this momentum(two computer sim wins, a close loss to Yale and now this win) traveling to Durham, NC to take on Duke.

It is. My box's laser is broken so in order to play games on it I have to install them, otherwise it just says "unreadable disc" even if it's just out of the packaging.

Maybe I just need a new xbox. But fuck, that's my drug moneys.

Wish I could have game captured my 1st half against ND though. Ragone was 16/19 for 222 yards and 2 TD, and I had 2 user picks, I was playing lights out.

It also helps that the only play ND runs is the read option, unless it's 3rd and uber-long.

I find it so dumb when a team runs that in the beginning of a dynasty and continues to run it even after they have recruited a slow QB.
