Another week, another 'rare' pink diamond recruiting bonus. I've had at least 5 of 9 weeks as such. None of them have been with guys who are actually attainable but that's not the point.

I'm trying really hard not to be jaded with this game.

Might this be our first user ranked game of NCAA 12? I might be able to play tonight. I'm supposed to go Christmas shopping but the girl is kind of flaky. What time you available tonight?

This schedule has completely F'd me up. My first 6 games are all home games. My last 6 games are all on the road. Really sucks when trying to set up visits and there are no available games.

Basically my only option for a visit this year was a non conference game against USF. All of my games through I think week 14 are on the road.

Who the F is in charge of the scheduling 'round here. At least you have a week 14 option with a game. After this week my only option is the week 15 bye. It shouldn't hurt me too bad. I've got 15 kids on my board and 14 of them already have me at #1. I'd just like to be able to seal the deal with a visit so I could start targeting some more players.

Isn't this your first ranked game in H4Y period? boom, roasted.

I don't think I'll be too drunk to play tonight. You'll kill me, I'm sure. My GiveADamn is quickly deteriorating.

Train rolls on as the Tigers avenge last season's lone loss and drop the hammer on MTSU 51-35.

Casey Calvin's spectacular senior season continues as he carries the ball 27 times for 310 yards and 5 touchdowns.

The Tigers never trailed in this one, building a 2 score lead in the first half and holding the boys from the geographic center of the state at army's length throughout the second half before sealing the game with an interception return down to the 3 late in the 4th quarter. The Blue Raiders wouldn't go away, though, and kept making plays to stay within striking distance until a 3rd interception gave Memphis the ball back with 2 minutes to play and the Blue Raiders out of time outs.

The Tigers improve to 6-0(3-0) and host New Mexico next week. The Blue Raiders fall to 5-2.

    #21 Akron Zips 23
    @
#11 Kent State Golden Flashes 21

I beat Kent State last night to avenge my auto piloted loss last season and roll out of "Adam Collins Memorial Stadium" with the wagon wheel. Was a fairly sloppy game for both teams where neither offense was ever really rolling. DC scored first to take a 7-0 first quarter lead. I tried to answer but his Corner Back deflected a ball in the end zone and his Line Backer made a diving interception to pick it off at the 1 yard line. He threw a short pass to the TE who ran in for about a 30 yard gain but would throw a pick a few plays later to stop the drive. I'd drive down and score my first TD to tie it up 7-7. He missed a FG and I hit a FG to push the score to 10-7 and then I was able to score with about 3 minutes to play in the half. From there I was able to force a punt and threw bomb to Kent State's 2 yard line as time expired in the first half with Akron up 17-7.

In the 2nd half DC would hold me on offense and I was only able to convert two field goals while he scored a TD with 3-4 minutes to play in the 4th. I was able to run enough clock to punt the ball with only :07 on the clock which he returned from his end zone but was quickly stifled by the coverage as time expired.
