    Week 9: Steelers (25) Bengals (24)

The Steelers pulled off the upset in Cincy. It was a game in which the Bengals were in control for most of the game and should have won. The Steelers were unable to turn 2 Carson Palmer interceptions into touchdowns in the first half and had to settle for 2 Jeff Reed field goals. In the first half the Bengals scored on a 16 yard run by Benson and a 77 yard reception by Ochocinco. The halftime score was 17-13. The Steelers added a field goal to go into the fourth quarter down by 1. Benson scored another touchdown to exted the Bengals lead to 8 with about 7 minutes to go in the game. The Steelers kicked a 50 yard field goal to cut the lead to 24-19. The Steelers D forced the Bengals to punt and then they drove down and scored on a fourth down pass to Washington who was in the game for the injured Mendenhall. The Steelers missed the 2 point conversion so the lead was at 1 point. The Bengals drove down the field pretty easily but they commited a costly fumble at about the Steelers 20 which was recovered by Polamalu.
