    Well ****...There Goes The Season...

Bryce Brown broke his ankle in the 31-3 loss to #1 Nebraska earlier today. He is listed as out for the season.

P.S. Do they have medical redshirts in this game? Probably not...

Lost my guy for 8 weeks too. Both guys got injured numerous times during the game. We might look at toning down the injury sliders a tad.

That is a risk you run, sometimes if you over work them they get tired and risk injury last year i didnt get one injury till the SEC CHamp game, the years before i had numerous it all depends really, this is why DEPTH is very important this year...positions that lack it get hit the hardest.

I think im tempted to play my backups in major positions in start user games from now on. There seems to be a thing with guys getting injured alot more then usual.

Really? I only ran Brown 30 times in the first game...That shouldnt be enough to wear a guy down so he gets injured like 4 times in his second game of the season and later break his ankle.

    Just my opinion.

I understand its just bad luck and it happens, but it sure does suck. Sorry to shadow as well for injuring one of his best players.

They exist, just not in the gameplay sliders. It's a diff set.

No i mean if i remember correctly there is a slider set that sets penalty sliders, i think it's in that set. But i mean it's up to bk. I'll be playing some backups in the user games though. It hurts to lose a heisman candidate in 2 of 3 user games and now he's out 8 weeks. In the first game he got hurt on his first touch lol.

No, it starts at 50 for normal injuries, but if you raise it towards 100 the frequency of injuries is increased, and vise versa.

I haven't really noticed it this season, but last season when I had Colorado I ended up losing my 1st string QB, 1st string WR, 1st and 2nd string HBs for most of the season.

At the moment I just thought it was bad luck... hindsight is 20/20 though.

I lost my best player, #1 RB on the second play of the season against Bamaboiking. I feel bad for the guy since he is a RSSR
