What's In Your Bag?

LOL...yep, me too. Love my Vokey 62 degree. I just played 18 holes tonight and pulled one off from about 50 yds out...with a 30-35 ft tall tree about 10 yds in front of me. I think I might've even closed my eyes...LOL...I thought there's no way. FLOP...6 feet from the hole. My buddy about pissed his pants when that SOB went straight up and over and landed on the green.

What'd ya shoot? Weather's been so shitty up here, I haven't even got a round in yet.

I managed to pull off an 82, despite three-putting 3 times...ugghhh. Putting has been saving me lately (draining some bombs), but tonight it let me down.

That sucks that you've had crappy weather. Not to rub it in (LOL) but I guess I've played about 15 times so far at home in KY (excluding a 5 day golf trip to S.Carolina in early March). But keep in mind, we've had an unseasonably mild winter and spring down here. Already had temps in the high 80's. The wife and kids are out of town tonight and tomorrow, so I'm headed back out early in the morning for 18 more. ;-)

I need to get your job or at least friends who want to play golf. I'm from Cincinnati so we've had the same good weather so far. Nobody wants to golf though. It's not as fun by yourself but I may have to do that soon.

But the pride and joy of my collection is the bag itself. It's a full sized University of Kentucky bag with individual holders and built in cooler on the front. Doesn't hold a whole lot.. 5, maybe a 6 pack, including ice, but it's really nice when you gotta smuggle in illegal beverages! It's saved me quite a bit of money in the last couple of years.

My collection isn't complete yet.. I only have 12 clubs right now. Will probably add another wedge and either a hybrid or wood.. there's a pretty big gap from my 3W to my hybrid. But not too shabby for my first set. Just started playing IRL about 3 yrs ago.
