How much actually goes to TSO on most of the items?

Or is it just the advertising?

This is something I am curious about as well.

it varies per item... we try to get a 20-25% profit margin off the gear and that goes to TSO as a whole.

That's not bad. Do most of the expenses come from just maintaining the site or are there other things as well?

operating expenses, software licensing, advertising, hardware, development, special events, projects... etc... lots of different stuff for a growing business.
