Atlanta, GA: The Philadelphia Eagles headed to Atlanta in their season opener hoping to continue their good fortune against a discplined Falcons team. The Eagles have shot down the Falcons in their head to head matchups thus far. This game would be no different. Philadelphia jumped out to 35-10 second half lead and coasted to a 35-24 victory. Coty Sensabaugh was a one man wrecking ball as he picked off two Matt Ryan passes and returned both for touchdowns. The Eagles would end with 4 interceptions on the day. Bram Greenlea was 10-10 passing for 135 yards including 2 touchdowns. Philly would use a running back by committee approach in this game and ended up rushing for 138 yards.
