I'm following my buddy who's playing again this year. His name is Matt Reed.

I'm not even remotely surprised that somebody from ONU is playing in the WSOP. Not much else to do in the middle of fucking nowhere. At least I have somewhat of a rooting interest in it now with somebody from the area being in it.

    Lol donkaments :D

Given this thing now takes 4 months and 200 events to complete I usually only get excited about the 50k horse and once the main event gets down to about 200 people.

This year though I'm looking forward the 1M event. I expect to see all kind of degeneracy in this one too lol and cant wait to see the roster.IMO don't care how good you are putting a million freaking dollars for a tourney is crazy. Then again I always been a huge bankroll nit

Used to lurk and post a bit when I was taking it somewhat seriously (2004-2008). Still go there once in awhile mostly to see wtf is up with online poker

Its legal in the US as long as the sites dont do bank transfers... just have to use credit card deposits or moneygrams but no bank transfers. Pretty sure Lock poker and Cake Poker will be up close to Pokerstars and Fulltilt size in about a year or so.

I've been following it through the final tables steam and twitter. Sounds like ALOT of problems thus far, and I see Annie Duke showed up yesterday wonder how many people wanted to trash her.
