Anyone else had really , really long load times when installing games ? So far the 2K has been great , played a few hours now with a buddy and by myself. Hoping to try out Madden a little later.
What's everyone's thoughts on the new controller? I understand the goal of making it lighter, but it just feels a tad less durable. Perhaps as I'm used to playing on the old controller with the chatpad always connected.
The buttons & square pad feel a bit toyish , but other than that I like the design so far. A bit off topics but good lord the Madden plays insanely fast
I didn't have a chat pad. I think the Xbox One controller's weight is lower in the handles...it feels more balanced to me.
My box looks real nice so far. And my disk look real cool. Oh wait. You're talking about gameplay? Shit...
I think its more of a natural fit for my hands. As far as game play. The defense seems to get to the QB bbut man to man also seemed overpowered still granted it was all pro against the CPU.
yeah.....i have a feeling if you turn down game speed it may also impact some of the things that seem better. The ravens PB on offense had a few more plays (they were there on '13 but not on the 360 version of Madden 25)
One really cool thing I noticed was on a counter play the inside guard moved up field a block the ILB , while the outside guard sealed the OLB , then a TE moved up to the safety. This was timed up really well , like a home run of a run play would go. I also on the flip side had my center running down field for no damn reason on a screen when he could have turned around and been constructive. Progress for certain but not without a flaw or two. I noticed the pockets more life like too on an arc instead of a line. The damn game speed was so fast it was hard to soak it all in in one game.
I can't! And i wanna be in this league. If i get the Bengals and you get Shitsburgh, we can duel for the AFC North again.
I played two games of Madden today , on on very slow and one on slow. I feel like slow is best , anything other than that and I may have a seizure lol
1.) I like being able to say "XBOX Off" eff that hitting the off button. This function was easier than signing up on healthcare.gov. If my XBOX can turn off to the sound of my voice why can't Obama make a healthcare sight 2.) BF 4 first time buying the game - As an old person like PAgamer07 its nice being able to tell xbox to shoot shit for me while i run in circles 3.) The App function has me excited. After the football season most likely will be going to netflix, etc 4.) I will be trying out the blu ray function when i get black hawk down - Looking forward to it. 5.) Although I like connect the intuitiveness of controls seems a little odd. For example when i was in BF4 start menu i had this split screen 3/4 on BF 4 and 1/4 on a help screen. When I told kinect to shut down it went away
I really like the interface. Being able to switch between applications and then swap back to your game is really awesome. No more 'dashboarding' and then rebooting everything just to change something. I'm still learning all the kinect commands to snap in different applications, etc. It becomes more intuitive as you use it. Gameplay has been very seamless so far. I tried using the game dvr, but ended up goofing it up so I'll try that again soon. Madden was very smooth in the game I played. I didn't play Madden 25 on xbox 360, so I can't give a frame of reference there. New controller is awesome. Triggers feel amazing.
