The North Texas Mean Green were able to win back to back games for the 1st time this season with win over rival Arkansas State Red Wolves. The Mean Green will undoubtedly have to win out to have a very slim chance to slip into a bowl game.

EL PASO, TX -- After becoming bowl eligible last week it looks like Southern Miss spent to much time celebrating and not enough time preparing for UTEP. The 2-6 Miner's were able to sneak away with the W over the 6-2 Golden Eagles infront of a rowdy El Paso crowd. UTEP Soph QB Carson Meger, who's usually known for his skills on the ground, not in the air, won POTG honors for his career high passing effort. Southern Miss back up RB's, Lampley and Johnson, got good touches today and QB Davis finally got his chance to air it out but it just wasnt enough for the victory. Coach ChatoicUT had this to say after the game,"...just goes to show you, we have to run the offense through Kendrick Hardy if we really wanna be succesful on offense. And our defense... swiss. cheese. all. day. PERIOD. Just unacceptable." If the Golden Eagles want to keep their hopes of a C-USA title run alive they must win out the remaining 4 games on their schedule, all C-USA foes. @ECU, UCF, @UAB, Memphis

Doing this from my phone because im gone and don't want to fall behind.

Cmu beats up can't read can't write Kent state 42-7 at the rubber bowl. Ksu really wasn't a threat at all. We could run, pass, any sy anytime to success. Were pushing for a Mac championship and were pushing hard. Having an agile back with these sliders is huge. Paris cotton is terrible, but he's great in this game! Not having the speed I'm used to I'm starting to figure out how to use Wilson. He's good, he's just not fast... So I've found something he does well and were getting better game by game.

JR QB Dominique Blackmon saw his redshirt pulled to try re-establish a Idaho offensive attack that was beginning to sputter. The Vandal offense will respond with 462yds of total offense 280+ rushing. Blackmon would convert key third downs with the option attack being added to the Vandal offensive scheme. The Vandals defense would hold the Warrior Run N Shoot offense in check for most of the day. The win brings back hope of a bowl berth to Moscow.
