    -BERTA WINS FIRST HOLY WAR-

    [IMG][IMG]

In his first Holy War and first game without star QB Jake Heaps, Berta again proves victorious. Yet another low scoring battle, the Cougars finish atop the Utes 14-13. Trailing heading into the fourth quarter, Redshirt Junior Riley Nelson led the home team down the field, capped off by a Joseph Quezada 1 yard touchdown run. Quezada finished the game with 11 carries for 22 yards and 2 TDs in battle where J.J. DiLuigi proved ineffective. Leading the Cougars' offense was former Texas commit Ross Apo, hauling in 6 passes for 128 yards. Senior McKay Jacobson added 4 catches for 72 yards, including a key third down on the game-winning drive. The Cougar defense again stepped up after a poor first half, knocking Utah Star J White out for the season and shutting out the Utes in the second half. BYU looks to continue its undefeated season when they travel to Iowa City to take on Erik Sowinski's Hawkeyes in a battle of unbeatens.

In a shoot out the only really offense i could get going was the triple option. I started gardner over denard because i wanted denard to stay healthy vs fred next week, however, i was down and needed that extra speed. Hopefully I can find some consistency on offense sometime soon. Stonum had a big game with two rushing touchdowns. Smith broke a big one off down the middle. Going to need to figure something out for fred or else i'm going to be in trouble.

So after defeating the Hoosiers 45-14 or so the Oregon Ducks, had to restart the game because of constant bitching from the typical Hoosier fans. The Ducks decided to come back onto the field and play another full game and once again proceeded to pound the Hoosiers again 38-14.

Highlights of the game included a couple of nice LaMichael James runs (one going for about 90+ yards), the passing game coming to life, and the defense making key plays when they needed.

Obviously the dynasty wire decided not to provide me with a story or game summary so I won't be able to provide highlights of my sick plays, lol, you'll just have to blame EA for that one.

In a game that shows no stats on the web OD I am going to go by my memory.

    ScreenHunter_01 Sep. 13 10.02.gif

I do remember Dyer ran the ball well for over 100, Reed my WR had a huge day 150+ and Trotter was pin point throwing the ball. Defense had 6+ sacks and forced a few Turnovers. The mid 3rd qt on was all mop up duty with the backups....I will update more when I get home and can see stats on the ps3

woulda been nice if the h/l's woulda saved

pure dominance inevery aspect of the game for the tigers. LSU dominated the bulldogs in offense, defense and special teams. Tyrann Mathieu lead the way with his stellar performance including a punt return for six, guys a monster
