After Auburn was announced as the #1 team in the country in both polls, the #2 Oregon Ducks decided it was time for a statement game. They Ducks attacked WSU early and often taking a 35-0 halftime lead before the starters were pulled to start the 2nd half. The Ducks didn't attempt a single pass in the 2nd half, but still were able to add to their lead. The defense terrorized the WSU QB early and often, and the 2nd string players continued to bring the pain in the 2nd half, managing to pick of the WSU QB.

It was another big recruiting weekend in Eugene, hopefully the recruits came away as impressed as Coach Stewart was.

We beat up purdue. They were terrible. However, no game has been a blow out to date because i'm struggling on offense. i think a lot has to do with them taking away my hurry up, and i can't get the custom PB i want. I might have to dive deep into the play books to figure out if one works for me. '12 has been a disaster. I've gotta find a QB like guy got this season. I think that may be the difference i need.

Once again the ground game was struggling without Dyer and I threw picks like pop-ups in the out field but I won. With a by next week we look to have Dyer back by the navy game and the big Bama game. had a few nice signings this week.....

The fighting Irish were able to handle navy's option attack after intially struggling in the first half. The game was tied at the half 7-7 because Navy was methodically destroying my defense. At one point they ran the option on 3rd and long twice on the same drive and got it. However the game changed once they got inside the five and made a careless pitch and I picked it up and ran back to go up 7. After that it was all she wrote because they basically fell apart and I was unable to get 14 more unanswered points.

Transfer failed after I exited the game so I super simmed the game.

For some reason my story isn't on the Dynasty Hub...

But we beat Minnesota 24-21, on a last second field goal attempt. Starting quarterback AJ Derby went out of the game in the first quarter due to a strained pectoral and would not return. James Vandenberg stepped in and made some good throws and helped win the game. Standout player was again Heisman hopeful HB Marcus Coker who rushed for over 100 yards again with another score. A big game this week as the Hawkeyes take on Michigan in a game that could determine who will represent the Legends Divison in the B1G Championship Game.
