USC Knocks off 2 Weeks of Rust and Downs Wildcats
After 2 straight byes the USC coaching staff was worried the layoff could effect the Trojans as they faced a dangerous Arizona team. But in the end the USC coaches cold relax as the Trojans starting defense played good only allowing 6 points while the 1st team offense scored 28 points. After bringing in the reserves the Wildcats scored one more time but USC brushed off the rust and earned a relatively easy 28-12 win. The Trojan offense continues to slowly find its seas legs as they rushed for 143 yards while picking p 218 yards thru the air as the Trojans completed 77% of their passes.
