Good luck guys
USC Comes Up Short Against Ducks The Trojans lost a heart wrenching game to HAL9100 and his Oregon Ducks 7-6. But as frustrating as the outcome was for USC the Trojan coaching staff could see the process starting to come together for the offense. Despite only scoring 6 points off 2 FG's, the USC offense finally started to click and move the ball. The Trojans held the ball for 20 minutes and rolled up almost 300 yards of offense, but the metal errors are whats now stopping the Trojans. The Trojans threw 3 interceptions vs Oregon all of which where in the red zone and missed an early chip shot FG. The USC QB threw his first pick at the Duck 5 yard line early in the game to stop a potential scoring drive. The 2nd pick came early in the 3rd Qtr when the USC QB did not wait for the pattern to completely develop and threw and a pick in the end zone killing another scoring opportunity. The final interception for the Trojans came in the 4th Qtr with less than a minute to play with USC in FG range. The Trojans were looking to get inside the 20 yard for an easy FG when USC QB threw his pass just a second too soon and was picked at the 15 yard line killing the Trojans chance at a win. The Trojans will continue to work on ironing out the kinks in their new offense but fortunately for the health of their head coach there does seem to be a light at the end of the tunnel............... Just hope its not maij17 and his Bruin Express looking to steam roll the Trojans . It was a fun game and HAL9100 did a great job of giving me just enough rope to hang myself.
Bye week for the Hokies
