Tide Defeats State, May Have Lost Lacey for Iron Bowl

Alabama defeated Miss State in a game where the Bulldogs just refused to go away. But the Crimson Tide's offense made up for last week showing against LSU, by rolling up over 500 yards of total offense. But it may have come at a step price as Eddie Lacey was injured in the 2nd half and may be out for the Iron Bowl in week 13.

    Texas 31 - Kansas 15

The Longhorns got all they could handle from a pesky 4-6 Jayhawk team. If it wasnt for a kickoff return to start the 3rd quarter and a luckyyy option play (ball bounced off a Jayhawk defensive player and into my RBs hand for a TD) the Longhorns could have lost.

    UF 42 - Vandy 14

Vandy would get on the board first and the Gators would respond with two scores of their own, Burton with a 15 Yd Td Run, and Cody Riggs with a 53 Yd Pick 6. Vandy would fight back and manage one more score, before the Gators erupted for 28 unanswered points in the 2nd Quarter, which allowed the starters to get a rest and the 2nd string unit to get some serious game action in the 2nd half.

Traivs Banks led the Gators with 2 catches for 118 YDS and 2 TDS. Jordan Reed had 1 catch for 49 yards.
