Yeah, that was in 3 quarters too. Their safeties were awful... so slow. Super-simmed and Heaps still broke 450 yards.

    Michigan Beats Iowa 35-3

Tough game for Iowa. I was able to get numerous turn overs. I have good tacklers with really good speed. I've been able to shut down two of the most dynamic rushers in the country, Dyer and Coker. Due to turn overs, I worked with a short field the majority of the game. Usually came away with a touchdown, which forced Iowa to have to throw the ball. Being mainly an I form team, I brought the heat from different angles, different players, almost every play. Therefore, if he did get the ball off, he was under duress and my DBs jumped the routes and got interceptions. Early in the game I spread the field, moved denard around, found open runners and got a lead. Late, I went into a rush first mode, burned time. Game was in hand midway through the third. OnIowa is a damn good coach. He's starting to get some good players, once he stops getting TF's for recruiting week one, gets switched to the other side of the B1G he'll be a force.

Hopefully we can get another coach in the B1G with coach #12.

After being embarrassed in the SEC Champ game last year the Tigers get some get back to the score of 27-10 over Chaotic and his Vols. Not sure how many game winning streak he was on but it was long...baring the sim loss. Not going to go into my stratigy because I might have to play him again in the champ game...we will see.

Florida State goes to Chestnut Hill and comes away with the victory against Boston College. The 'Noles were up 21-0 early after the 1st quarter and things were beginning to look like the Seminoles were going to run away with the game but BC battled back and soon it was tied 23-23 in the 3rd qtr. The 'Noles Defense settled down in the 2nd half and got some key turnovers and began to pull away late in the game. Florida State has a much needed Bye week next week as it's their 1st Bye of the season and Coach Garrison plans to hit the recruiting trail and tweak his offensive gameplan in practice.

6th Ranked Crimson Tide Upsets #1 Ranked LSU
    35-28 in Death Valley

It was another classic battle between Ford and myself. The game started very defensively as neither team could find the end zone in the 1st quarter. But about mid way thru the 2nd quarter everything changed dramatically. Alabama scored on a play action pass to Lacy on to see the followed up with 2 turnovers by LSU that lead to 2 more Lacy TDs and suddenly a defensive game turned into a 21-0 halftime lead for Alabama. Mid way thru the 3rd quarter Alabama struck again with a 45 yard FB dive on 2nd and short and going into the final quarter it would appear to be over. But the Alabama coaching staff knew otherwise due to Coach Fords quick strike ability. And not to disappoint Coach Ford and his Tigers put on a 4th quarter rally that was more than impressive. Trailing 28-0 going into the final period and with the Crimson Tide looking to use clock and not throw away the game on interceptions the Tigers struck for 2 quick scores and suddenly with 3:45 remaining in the game it was 28-14. But Alabama responded with 56 yard Lacy TD to push the lead back to 21. But the Tigers would not die and scored 2 more TDs and with 1:59 remaining cut the Alabama lead to 35-28. But behind the rushing of Lacy and some timely safe passes the Crimson Tide was able to run out the clock and secured the win over the #1 ranked Tigers.

Great Game by fordtuff504 and I always look forward to our battles. I know they are always going to be classic.

One Correction on the Video. Lacy had 219 yards rushing not 19.
