Ohio State BuckeyesGame Summaries And Recruit Signings
Week 1 Cincy put up one good quarter as a couple of turnovers led to points for The BearCats and a last second TD Bomb before the half made it a little interesting but in the end the best team won and really dominated all aspects of the game.#5 Ohio State 1-0 (0-0)
Week 2 The BUckeyes run game led the way putting up great numbers, but Miami just wouldnt go away while Ohio State defense couldnt seem to shut the door.#3 Ohio State 2-0 (0-0)
Week 3 The Bruins and coach JhuJay traveled to The HorseShoe to take on the #2 Buckeyes, The Bucks defense would be flying around the field all day causing havoc as they would force 7 INT's (including a pick 6 late in the game) and have 6 sacks the problem was that they gave up over 300 yds through the air. The offense sputtered a bit after Jaamal Berry went down with an injury. But QB Ken Guiton would step up and have a solid day with 3 TD passes and eventually Jordan Hall would get the ground game going to help The Buckeyes to the win.#2 Ohio State 3-0 (0-0)
Dear God 7ints??????
Lots and lots of picks. MURDERED ME. UCLA is rolling with their backup as their starter got hurt in the 1st game of the year. I thought I was still in this game even into the 4th QTR. But obviously I could not get anything going with my picks. The one Carrol TD catch was pretty much a gift from the computer. It was a 59yd bomb caught in the endzone on his shoestrings between 2 defenders. That was the only UCLA highlight.
QB Brehaut had a hell of a game....COMPLETING PASSES TO THE OTHER TEAM!
haha gotta keep firing. kudos for not giving up
I had 3 Int's vs bigtubb last night. I could have sworn he was playing with 15 DBs on the field. It was like watching an ant hill that had been stomped on. They were everywhere .
lol^^^^^^^ three is reasonable in user sim situations
I was gonna 7 is not sim but i stand corrected
John Reaves (Florida) vs. Auburn, Nov. 1, 1969 with 9 interceptions thrown in 66 attempts
ouch..... Heck after 3 I was about ready to go goal line and QB sneak until it was over. Don't know if I could mentally handle 9. Guess I would punt on 2nd down unless it was less than 3 yards for a 1st.
Life was easy as I was getting pressure even when I didn't blitz,
But you gotta give jhujay some credit he kept slinging it and was still in the game to that final pick 6
Week 4 Same Old, Same Old in Buckeye nation, the ground game keeps rollong and Ohio State keeps winning#2 Ohio State 4-0 (1-0)
Week 5 Another big day on the ground from the BUckeyes#2 Ohio State 5-0 (2-0)
#3 Ohio State 6-0 (3-0)
Ohio State traveled to The Big House to play there annual rivalry game with Michigan. This would be great back and forth game as both teams battled hard. Michigan's defense would play well forcing 4 INT's wich was the difference in the game. The offense would make plays including some big ones to win the game. The Buckeyes despite the turnovers had a chance to win the game in the dying seconds but on 4th down from Michigan's 15 Ken Guitons passed was knocked down in the end zone to preserve the win for Michigan. Ohio State goes to 6-1
#3 Ohio State 6-1 (3-1)
Ohio State recruiting Commitments as of week 8
OHIO State Wins Big 12 Title!Buckeyes 56 Cornhuskers 35The game started off pretty slow with Ohio State scoring the only points in the 1st quarter on a 50 yd TD run by Jordan Hall, second quarter things picked up as both teams would trade punches putting up a couple of TD's each to put the score at 21-14 at the half. The 3rd quarter would be the difference in the game as the Buckeyes would score 4 straight TD's in a span of 3 minutes, Nebraska would throw 3 INT's ( 2 returned for TD's and the other resulting in a TD) as The Buckeyes would go up 49-14 and that pretty much put the game away.Stat Leaders:Ohio StateJamaal Berry 12 carries 162 yds 2 TD'sJordan Hall 13 carries 127 yds 2 TD'sNebraskaTaylor Martinez 23/36 473 yds 5 TD's and 4 INT's
