    MICHIGAN stuns FSU 44-14

In a lopsided game Devin Gardner was all he was hyped to be and more. Fresh off a redshirt year, the RS Junior Gardners legs were fresh and boy did he use them. Gardner finished with three rushing touchdowns, over 100 yards on the ground and around 100 through the air. He had the FSU defense guessing all game. Linebackers for FSU weren't sure whether to spread wide and cover the young but very fast michigan WRs or come inside and take away gardners running ability. Needless to say, they guessed wrong often. Gardner was a man among boys, drawing comparisons to former heisman winner, Vince Young. On defense, the exotic pressures from the hybrid 4-2-5/3-3-5 kept both of FSU's QBs guessing. Michigan returned several INTs for TDS. It was a great day overall for the wolverines. Michigan worked the clock down and forced FSU to press in the 2nd half. We wish coach Tiger171 the best for the remaining season, and look to take on newly hated rival Auburn @ Auburn where we expect to score more, give up less and send coach Fred Limbo home a broken man.

6 turnovers was just to much for Iowa to overcome as the Vols prevail in season opener
