Coach Berta and the 5-0 Gamecocks will take the bye week to refocus recruiting efforts and lobby pollsters before hosting Kentucky next week.

    Well Auburn smashes Vandy
We ran the ball well and got plenty of work for the 2nd string team, they were in at the half, we are preping for Arkansas and coach Sabo. Recruiting went well last week us signing the #1 overall player.

    Bama Falls to Georgia 34-23
In a game where nothing went right for the Crimson Tide, the Georgia Bulldogs used 200 yards rushing by Crowell power past the stunned Tide. The Bulldogs held Hart to 51 yards on 13 carries and sacked Simms 6 times on the day, which just happened to be the first sacks given up this year by the Crimson Tide. Simms did pass for 417 yards and 3 Tds but he threw 4 interceptions and most of his production game after the Tide had fallen behind 28-0. The Crimson Tide will take the next week off to work on what went wrong and try and get better overall as a team.

Was a good game, got him in a lot of third and longs... He converted way too many of them. Luckily, two of them ended up in interceptions and that was the difference in the game. I knew ford liked to run a lot of nickle, so when i saw that, i'd audible to run where i had numbers, typically in the box. We had a lot of success on the ground, around 350 yards. We didn't need to pass, only having 16 yards passing. If I'm having success on the ground, and against a great user like ford, i'll keep it on the ground and take my chances. We'll have to work on jump ball situations more in order to shut down these third and longs.

Arkansas lost a heart breaker to Texas A&M this week. The Hogs took a late lead but was unable to hold on to it and the Aggies took home the win.
