SC destroyed Mizzou. Was up 35-6 at half and took out the starters for the second half. They came back, but I left my second team in and it was never close.

Michigan dominates MSU 56-14. Schneider had 5 TDs, 300 Yards. Dominated. We really didn't need to pass, but when we did, we tore it up there also. Wasn't even close. MSU scored two garbage TDs. We had a few recruits in town, hopefully our offense display this season will turn some heads for this years, and next years classes. We need to sign a burner at RB this year or next year.

Iowa Comes Back From 22 Point Deficit, Uses 4 Quarterbacks, Pulls a Redshirt, and Kicks a Game Winning FG as Time Expires
Ok, so my highlights froze, but im gonna do them the hard way later on. Starting QB goes out in the 2nd quarter, second string QB goes out on the next series. Decided to make a decision and pull a redshirt, because thats the only way I thought I had a chance. Sophomore Timi Wallace comes in and throws an INT on his very first throw. Iowa was down 22 midway through the third. Some tough plays and good throws tied it up for us and we ended up playing tough D, and kicking a FG as time expired for the win. I was pulling my hair out as Northwestern's QB threw for 360+ yards and 5 TD, but we got the win.

Buckeyes Stay Perfect After Overtime Thriller Against Notre Dame

Already boasting one of the nation's top resumes, Ohio State got the opportunity to add their 4th win against a top 15 opponent this season in just 6 games. The Buckeyes had an added challenge coming into this game. Starting RB Josh Brooks, who ran for 206 yards against Minnesota, is nursing an injury and missed this game entirely so the Buckeyes had to turn to Drew Hill who had just over 90 rushing yards through the 1st 5 games of the season. That changed this week though as Hill and the Buckeyes were able to consistently run the ball against the Fighting Irish. Notre Dame had their own injury issues as QB Jon Campbell and RB George Atkinson both got injured early in the game and surely affected their gameplan.
Nonetheless though, Ohio State had roughly twice as many offensive yards as Notre Dame and was clearly the better offensive team. This would become crucial later in the game. Notre Dame was in this game pretty much because of turnovers. 17 of Notre Dame's 20 regulation points came off of Ohio State turnovers. This was the 1st time this season that the Buckeyes had to overcome turnovers and they nearly weren't able to. On Ohio State's final offensive possession of regulation, they had plenty of time so they weren't afraid of running the ball and that was key to being successful on the final possession. Even the final play with about 50 seconds remaining. It was a 3rd and 4 on Notre Dame's 18 yard line. With 3 timeouts remaining, Coach HAL just wanted to pick up a 1st down and called a read option play. It worked better than expected as QB Andy McCullough kept the ball and snuck by Notre Dame's defense and ran it in to potentially tie the ball game. Faced with the choice to go for the win or tie, Coach HAL opted for the tie and the game went to OT.
In OT, the game continued much like it had during the game where Ohio State seemed to have an easier time moving the ball. However, without having to drive the whole field, that didn't hurt Notre Dame's offense as they were able to keep up in OT. Eventually though, the Buckeyes got the lead up to 8 in overtime #3. Notre Dame managed to get the TD but were unable to convert the 2 point conversion to make the final score 38-36.
Player of the Game: Drew Hill - For a player who hadn't played much before this game, he had a stellar performance rushing for 184 yards. His performance was the key reason that Ohio State managed to win this game.
Upcoming: Ohio State stays at home for the 3rd straight game and hosts the Purdue Boilermakers. The Buckeyes are about to play 5 straight games against against the Leaders division so the Big 10 season is really just starting to get underway. Purdue is currently 1-4 though so Ohio State will hope that it will be an easy game.
