In a Rilvary renewed Notre Dame takes down Southern Cal
    [IMG]
Both teams came to play today on the defensive side of the ball. Notre Dame managed a field goal at the end of the first half to break the ice. Notre Dame took the ball to begin the quarter and was moving the ball real well on the until USC makes a huge play in the backfield to back us up and we only got a field goal. Usc started their drive and completed a huge 50 yard bomb to the tight end to get into Notre Dame territory. Moments later Will Luke took it in from 3 yards out to give the Trojans their first lead of the game. However on ensuing kickoff Chuck White took it all the way back for a 104 yard kickoff return to put Notre Dame up 14-7 after the 2 point conversion. Start of the 4th USC has the ball goes on a long drive drive down the field in the fighting Irish territory. Until junior safety Josh Harrell picks off a pass over the middle of the field to end the scoring threat. From then on Notre Dame killed the clock with the running game for the win.

Trojans Come up Just Short vs Rival Irish
It was a great game with capp34 as both teams played outstanding. The difference was Irish's overall team speed was just too much for the Trojans in the end. I look forward to next years game and hopefully many more to come.

FSU Continues to Roll in Coach Berta's Absence
With its head coach out for personal reasons the Seminoles picked up the slack and defeated the Virgina Cavilers 31-10.

Michigan Beats Texas in a close game 28-21
    [IMG]
I stopped snapping the ball at texas's one to finish the game. This game was a feeling out process w/o schneider. Last season, it was a game to see how many points i could score, this year, its a game to try and get a first down. We're in a transition phase, but i think i have a solid game plan to go forward with. Texas had a ridiculous LB Williams who seems to be everywhere. I was able to get man to man with him in a 5 wide set with no over the top coverage. Obviously i went deep on him and exploited my WRs speed over him. That was the POTG imo. On to the next one!

#8 Vols run away from #12 Bruins 28-3 in Knoxville

Tennessee was able to grab momentum early and as the saying goes..."thats all she wrote." The key to the game was definitely the Vols pass rush as RE Jeff Burks was playing like man possessed recording 5tlks, 4 sacks, and a FF. It didnt matter how many men Tennessee rushed it seem like they had their way with the UCLA OL. The Vols started the game looking to be more multiple on offense but after a couple exotic blitzes that ended in sacks from Coach maij17 and his 4-2-5, the Vols realized they needed to go back to their bread and butter of pounding the football. GG I look forward to next year at the Rose Bowl

Auburn D shutout's out its second team in a row and the offense puts up 59. Running and passing game was on point and will need to stay that way with some tuff games ahead.

Well my highlights didn't save, but we had a victory over Maryland 38-10. We need to stop turning the ball over, but have had some good games on the ground by a duo of solid HBs
