If you look at the screen shot above it appears that every team is going to their opponents field to play ............Guess that means everyone will get a win on week 1 since noone will be at the same field at the same time lol
After being down 14-0, it looked as if the Canes were going to fall to the rival Gators. However, two 4th quarter scores including a 4th and 1 touchdown tied the game and sent it to OT. Miami was forced to settle for a FG, but forced a fumble to end the game in the first overtime. gGood game HAL9100
Without Joe Mich loses, Hate it Bro MUAHAHAHA
Game froze twice on us, the 2nd time the Hokies were up 24-7 late in the 2nd. Virgina Tech wins the replay and moves to 1-0 on the season.
#13 USC Upsets #7 Florida State 20-17 The Trojans and Seminoles opened season 9 in Los Angles with many of the experts looking for a close hard fought game. And has been the case the past 3 season USC and Florida State have put on a clinic in old fashion smash-mouth football. After the two teams traded early possessions that produced no points the Seminoles proceed to drive down the field and scored on a 53 yard TD pass to Ray Weldon with 1:16 left in the 1st Qtr. USC responded with a 17 play drive that was capped on by a 1 yard TD run by QB Jason Murray. With the game tied at 7-7 to start the 3rd Qtr USC wasted the opening drive of the Qtr only to see the Seminoles drive deep into Trojan territory before settling for a 29 yard FG. USC came back last in the 3rd Qtr and tied the game at 10-10 on a 47 yard FG. In the 4th Qtr Florida State reclaimed the lead on a 1 yard run by Ferwerda. USC once again tied the game at 17-17 when HB Boyd scored on a 1 yard run with less than 3 minutes remaining. The Trojan defense registered 2 huge sacks on the Seminoles next possession and gave their offense one last chance to win it with about 1 minute left in regulation. USC drove into Florida State territory but two big sacks forced the Trojans to deal with a 3rd and long with 13 seconds left and 1 time out. Jason Murray connected on a 24 yard pass to give the Trojans one last shot for the win with 3 seconds left. The Trojans converted a 43 yard FG as time expired and upset the Seminoles 20-17. As always it was a great game by ChildPlease9 and a classic chess style battle. But most of all it was just plain ole old fashion smash-mouth fun!!!!!
