It was a team effort in every sense of the word for the Longhorns as 7 different people scored, 3 different QB's threw a TD, 8 people ran the ball, 7 people caught a ball, and 16 different people made a tackle.

VERY Young Auburn Team gaining EXP and confidance as the year rolls on.

Mosley gets his 1st start as the AU QB and throws 3 picks (2 tip drills) but gains much needed exp as well. Mosley will start the remainder of the games.

Mizzou continues their trend of heartbreaking losses in the final few seconds (see Nebraska, Oklahoma...and this game). The media wanted to know what coach nrg_qbz was thinking by running a QB blast when the defense was set-up to stop it perfectly. "To be honest, I don't know why I did not audible," said coach nrg_qbz. "No more comments."

CU would jump to a 14-0 lead, capped by a 49-yard int TD. However, Mizzou would storm back to take a 17-14 lead at the half. The second half was more of a defensive battle, as both teams finally started to figure each other out defensively. The Buffs would take a 28-24 lead on a TD strike to TE Deehan with 3 minutes to go. QB Jonathan Franklin marched the Tigers down the field in methodical fashion. Then came the play of the game. With 4 seconds on the clock, 4th and goal from the 4 yard line, Franklin took the snap and ran headfirst for the endzone on a QB Blast. However, the Buffs were not fooled and blew up the play at the 3 yard line. "Just a fantastic play by them. They stepped it up a notch and deserved the win," Franklin said.

    GG Maij...helluva game.
