I've never been more thrilled to be wrong (I was convinced we were going to miss a season or more).

The obvious impact to us here in The Baseline is whether we want to restart once 2k releases revised rosters with the rookies and any FA moves. With the season starting on 12/25 if all goes as planned, I would expect that the new rosters would be out right before then or shortly thereafter.

Personally, I'd vote to restart. I think we should have the rookies in the game, and playing with the revised FA rosters will be more realistic, as opposed to the default rosters where nearly 80% of the league is on a 1 year deal because they were FA's. We've been playing about a month and a half, and I think everyone has a good feel for how the game works, and we can use the next 2-3 weeks to get to the playoffs and maybe the offseason to get a feel for that. Plus, restarting would give a guy like Blaza (who I still want to get into the league) a chance to join up.

    What do you guys think?

i've pondered this all morning...I'm in the middle.

It would benefit me probably more than anyone to restart because a. I'm light years better now than I was a month ago, and b. I'll get Thompson and Irving.

However, we are almost at the end of year one and we have all started to sculpt our teams in the image we want and it would suck to have to start over....

hmmmmm....... quite the quandary we have here.

I would vote for a restart. I'd like to have my rookies and I'd also like the Heat not to have Big Z. He torched me.

I have a feeling you are going to be on the losing end of the vote. Are you going to drop out if we restart? I would understand if you did, it would be good to know.

Plus you'd have Derrick Williams on your squad. I think that kid will be a ROY candidate.

Mike, it sounds like BDSDIGITAL may not want the cavs if we restart. Would you want them or would you stick with OKC?

That's surprising, I thought you loved steph curry.

I'll be posting the team selection rules for the reboot shortly.

There seems like alot of guys looking to switch. Maybe we should do a team draft.

I am down with a restart , hope the guys at 2k had a file ready to go this whole time like I would think intelligent folks would have done. Be interested to see what cap situation is for some teams with more accurate contracts

Seeing the bloodbath that was NFL Free Agency, post lockout i would not be surprised if 2K refuses to touch ANY rosters until the dust settles in the FA signing period.
