    You're best recruit for 2010

I wanna hear some of the best recruits across TF..

I'm talking 2010, there were some crazy one's in year's past, but I wanna hear this year.

For me, and I'll update more thoroughly later..

Fr OLB Marcus Kemp 6'5" 250
    86 overall, 88 speed, 90 block shedding, 94 jump

    - #1 overall player, added in the off season.

Fr CB Jeff Montoya 5'11" 175
    88 overall, 96 speed

    - funny thing about him is that he came in as the 7th corner of his class!?

I've now landed the #1 "offseason" recruit twice. They were both disgustingly talented.

We've now had 3 of those super OLB in our offseasons and IMO I just landed the best one of the bunch. He's easily the tallest and has better ratings than the others too.

These are all just off the top of my head, might be ever so slightly off:

OLB Marques Brown: 6'7, 244, 88 OVR, 88 SPD, all ratings awesome except avg. AWR. Completely unstoppable even as a true freshman.

HB Mike Anderson: 6'0" 215, 87 OVR, 95 SPD, Wears #28. such a good receiver he would have made an 83 OVR WR. As a senior he reminds me of a cross of a few #28's... Fred Taylor (swerve), Chris Johnson (speed), Marshall Faulk (receiving).

My best in-season recruit would have to be MLB Nathan Anderson, I really can't remember his rating exactly, it was either 85 or 86. Do-it-all MLB.

Or QB James Scales... 85 OVR (or so) with 85 speed, a good arm, and good awareness. Also has like 90 Trucking and BTK.

Wow, he's probably the most ridiculous recruit I've seen yet. I'd love to have that guy running my "Spread and Shred" offense at UF.

#1 overall pick, DT A.J. Keller. Here are his FR numbers: 6'1, 271 lbs, 88 OVR, 78 SPD, 78 ACC, 64 AWR, 83 TAK, 93 SHEDDING!, 83 PUR

And even though this guy was only a :4stars: recruit and came in as an 81 OVR, he's still my best recruit. QB Mark Charles, 6'5, 204lbs, 81 OVR, 87 SPD, 88 AGI, 87 ACC, 95 BTK, 87 ELU, 81 SPM, 87 JKM, 81 THP, 81 THA.

I landed both of those guys in the same recruiting class.

I have found that recruits with 2 first names are always better than those with 1.

At least a B, probably higher. He was an 82 OVR HB. I moved him around at position changes just to see what he would rate in at other positions.

In that case... agreed, best I've seen yet at QB... :) Although my current guy was clsoe to him in a lot of ways. (James Scales)

Same Arm, slightly less speed, similar running abilities, much better awareness.

He's hurt right now :(. I should be getting him back next week or the week after. It's killing me, especially since his injury rating is like an 87.

I have a bunch of highlights from his freshmen year that I need to upload to youtube.

Charles is a tackle-breaking machine. He just doesn't always have the football in his hands afterwards (52 CAR rating). I'm dubbing him the "Pastry Chef" for his proclivity to turnovers.

    My top 2:

#13 overall recruit, MLB Paul McFarland, 87 OVR

#2 overall recruit, QB Devin Archie, 6'5" 240 lb, 85 OVR with 90/88 THP/THA. 63 SPD. Ryan Mallet. Came in the same class as Charles and redshirted. They will do battle in the ND-Michigan game in 2013 & 2014.

Oh Charles isn't that bad! He only had 2 fumbles on 66 carries his FR year. After he RSes this year (providing Forcier doesn't chip a nail this year) I can't wait for the Archie/Charles battles in the next few years!

Check this out. In an offline dynasty I have going, I just started year 7 and last season I signed a 4 star receiver.

    Tyrone McKinly
    6'10 173lbs.
    94sp
    96acc
    92jump
    90release

He was the number 7 overall receiver in his class and he came in as a 85 overall! Nastiest guy i have ever seen on this game! I can't wait to see what he's like after his redshirt season! I sure wish i could get a guy like this in an online dynasty! He's just incredible.

Holy poop. That's more my speed. I like the athletic QBs but I don't feel comfortable trotting out a signal caller with less than 87 THP and/or 86 THA.

    Seriously?!

So there is hope that I can replace Denard Robinson..

He's a Senior now at Purdue (transferred), and I have another QB that is solid who will start for 3 seasons.

So, I've got that long! haha
