As much as we all love being at our current small schools, I'm sure we all aspire to be at bigger and better schools in bigger and better conferences. I know we used to have a goal based scheme for that but we decided to just make it much simpler. So, here are the rules we're going by:
    1. You can change to any school with a prestige level equal to or lower than your current school's prestige level for their future season. So, if you're a 3 star this season and will be a 4 star next season, you can switch to any 4 star program or lower. If your team is regressing from a 3 star to a 2 star, then you can only change to 2 stars.
    2. Any team change will submit that user to a 3 year unbreakable contract. You will be at that school for a minimum of 3 seasons.
    3. After the 3 year contract is expired, each user will get a 1 year recurring contract. So realistically, you can leave after any season after that initial contract.
    4. If a user wins a BCS Bowl Game(Rose, Orange, Fiesta, Sugar, or National Championship) in any year with their current school, then they will get a 1 star boost to their available programs. So using the same example as above, if that 3 star program won the Fiesta Bowl, then they would be able to pick from any 5 star program.
    Any thoughts, questions, or concerns?

Lets say I stay at WKU and build them up to a 5 or 6 would it be possible for me move into a tougher conference if their are no more user teams in the Sun Belt due to other users changing teams.

I had already backed out of HE a few weeks back and had forgotten about it, lol. It is probably over.

Personally, I'm fine with that type of thing and I even built up a scheme for that to happen for a different league. However, Sabo is still the commish and I know he rejected this same idea for NCAA 12 when Joe and I wanted to take Michigan and Ohio State to the SEC(lol). So, I don't think this will be allowed. And if it is, this is something that is going to be his call once he returns.

If anyone is interested in moving, I went through and wrote down all the prestige levels for the schools in the AQ conferences. If there's a number in parentheses next to a school, then it looks like that school could have their prestige change to that next year. Obviously that could change though.
